Brackley is a rural municipality located on the northern boundary of Charlottetown, adjoining the Charlottetown Airport. Brackley was incorporated in 1983, and absorbed Winsloe South in 2017 by way of amalgamation. Brackley is governed by an elected Council and Chair, and has both a part-time administrator and a development officer to deal with building permits and subdivision applications.
